Drive in Movies at Canford Park Arena

We are currently proposing the following films and dates for the drive in movies.

Thursday April 22nd The Italian Job ( Michael Caine version)
Friday April 23rd This Is it
Saturday April 24th Up

Looks like it could be a good one, Italian Job .... well say no more with real minis as well! This is it is about Micheal Jackson (make your own mind up) and Up, all the trailers I have seen look really good and my daughters say its great!

DCC at the drive in!

We got to Canfords Park Arena for the drive in ... and the local radio station, Heart, was there. Their car was just now complete, so the team got a few DCC stickers on it!

The stand looked great .... especially when we found some new members!!!!

 

And then there were the rally cars ......

 

 

 

DCC at Rallye Sunseeker, Somerley House 2010.

We left home at about 7am, and blocked the road!!!

We all met up at Avaon heath and made our way the short jaunt to Somerley. As we arrived the heavans opened, rain, hail and just about everything else that could be dropped was dropped!

The it stopped and the sun sort of came out.

The club stand was set up, Geoff put up his Gazeebo and all was good.

DDCCBBQ first of 20120

Dorset Car Club had its first BBQ down at Hammworthy beach. Yes it was cold, yes the sun shone, and yes we had a great time.

 

 

 

 

Gary passes his test

 

A picture of a very pleased Gary who passed his test today with no minor faults. The examiner said that they have about 80 tests per week and last year they only issued 3 - 4 tests with No faults. Well done Gary ..... makes me feel good to!
