Cruise Sunday 2009

Hope those of you that tagged along to the Can-Am club cruise today had a good time, I would have been there In the Astro but for the offer of a very inexpensive towbar for the Astro way up in the Midlands so that's where we just got back from. Its a proper American built towbar, obviously from Texas cos its BIG!

Welcome T4 Girls with Sounds.

Met up with "the T4 Girls with Sounds" the other evening at SIM audio, the guys who put the sound and lights in the G20, and they have put an amazing system in the T4. With nice silver paint and big wheels with low low profile tyres, the T4 looks great.

Will get a photo of it to put here some time I hope.

i got another one!

got another discovery yesterday, it's a brighter blue than the other one, pics of all my vehicles will appear on here soon, the new one has been nicknamed "dipsy"!?. another V8 with chunky tyres, manual 'box any best of all - very llittle rust!!! first drive, which was back home from aldershot everything seems fine on gas but it doesn't want to stay running on petrol, as you come to a junction it stalls. it has had an induction kit fitted which may have upset the fuel mixture.... any thoughts???

Only 2 Carz!!!!!

After Geoff ran of with a part of my Hareem, I now only have 2 lovers who like to hang aroound with leather and rubber.

Paj is a bit ruff and ready, loves her big rubber, and will go anywhere and follow anyone and beat any Landy.

Freedom just loves to cruise the streets, a bit of a show off and a bit loud at times! Picture above is Freedom, in her daytime clothes, night time outfit and at work ... pulling.

Astro Madness!

Just got home with Chris's ex! a tasty little number with all my favorite things! a little bit of leather, rubber & topped off with a silver coat, what a mover, could be a high maintenance relationship but what the hell, we WERE only young once!


Of course I'm talking about the Chevy Astro what a fantastic van, It'll be in the hangar at work tomorrow morning to list what I'm going to do with it. Once I've worked that out I'll be posting here when & what I do to it!

Dorset Car Club is displaying at the Rallye Sunseeker on Saturday 28th February! With the Can Am Car Club on the stand, we will have a great display of American Cars, from the old to the new!

If you want to be there, then just get in contact with a phone number and what car you have. The cost will be £10 per car for the day and you must be there before 08.30 in the morning!

Over the Christmas Break, allbeit only 1 day, I managed to find a load of old corgi and Dinky cars in my Dads attic. So, with my old friend TB we are off to the Toy Fair at Queen Elizabeth School, Wimborne, Dorset on Sunday 4th January.

New Year ... at last.

Christmas and New Year are at last over. I dont like Christmas much ... its good for the family get together .... but that surely should happen all year round? Well lets proceed into 2009 with confidence in the hope that the financial pressures will lessen and the te wether will brighten up.

Thanks to ace mechanics shaun and Ady, the Astro is now running like a dream! Smooth, cruises, accellerates, starts and stops! And its fuel guage dont move like the lager level in my glass!
